2M alliance changes California terminal on Transpacific service

2M alliance has announced a terminal change on its TP 8/Orient service, a Transpacific service connecting Asia and the United States West Coast.

As of 5 July 2024, beginning with the vessel Maersk Shivling voyage 424, the service operated by Maersk and MSC will operate in Los Angeles (Pier 400) instead of Long Beach (Pier T).

“There will be no changes to transit times as a result of the new terminal changes,” said the two ocean carrier partners.
