AD Ports enters Uzbekistan logistics market via new JV with SEG ENERA

UAE-based port owner and operator AD Ports Group and SEG ENERA Group, a multisectoral holding company in Uzbekistan, announced the creation of ADL-Ulanish, a new joint venture offering end-to-end global transportation services across the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The joint venture will cover industry sectors such as industrial project logistics, oil & gas, e-commerce, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.

According to the statement, ADL-Ulanish will provide a wide range of services, including freight transportation (air and land operations), warehousing and storage, customs processing, and the construction of inland cargo facilities and dry ports.

In addition, the new company will provide various digital solutions to improve service integration and productivity, as well as experience in food security and supply networks to help Uzbekistan establish a food hub.
