Additional surcharges for Aruba

Maersk Line constantly aims to provide reliable and innovative products to its customers. To continue offering high quality and reliable services, Danish company will be reviewing the additional charges for all types of cargo effective from October 1st, 2018 for Aruba.

Below the breakdown of the additional charges with their respective amount:

Additional Surcharges

Code Surcharge Description Amount in USD
CCI Container Cleaning Imports Applies to all imports and all types of cargo. This is an automatic charge and will appear in your booking directly. $10 per container
AME/AMI B/L Amendments Applies to any modification requested in the B/L for imports or exports after the departure. Modifications can only be requested by a party registered in the B/L, and the charge will be made to the applicant. The modification to which this charge applies include:
· Weight
· Description
· Quantity of packages
· Cubic meters (CBM)
$50 per B/L per request
*The current charge for Switch B/L is an independent charge and it has a cost of $175.00 per B/L
*If amendments are requested within 48 hours upon arrival, the additional Custom’s rectification cost will be applied
*Use our online platform to make amendments for free
