Since 1 October 2018, the 0.50% sulphur limit is applicable to the ports of Shanghai and Ningbo in the People’s Republic of China. To ensure the sustainability and reliability of its services in a challenging environment, APL will apply the low sulphur fuel surcharge (LSF) within the following scope:
