Destination: All Gulf destinations
GRI: USD 150 per TEU
APL will, also, apply the General Rate Increase (GRI) within the following scope:
Effective date: 20 October 2018
Origin: China (Qingdao and Qingdao Inland (Shandong Provinces))
Destination: Australia East Coast (Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney)
Commodity: FAK
