APL has announced that reefer plugs utilization has improved in the ports of Shanghai and Ningbo. Consequently, almost all reefers diverted to other ports are in the process to be loaded back to their final destinations.
In the light of these developments, APL will cancel the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for reefer exports to Shanghai and Ningbo as from 16 March 2020 (date of bill of lading).
