Home Services APL, LIFT project takes effect

APL, LIFT project takes effect

APL:

As a recap, LIFT is a project to leverage the IT systems and resources of our larger Group by integrating them with APL’s own to serve you even better. With this project, you stand to benefit from the following enhancements:

  • Facelift of the APL website to make it more intuitive and mobile-friendly;
  • Transition from HomePort to a new eBusiness platform – a customizable one-stop solution to make bookings and manage your global shipments;
  • Expansion of APL’s mobile offering to a more comprehensive suite;
  • Other process and interface enhancements to uplift your experience with APL.

To ease you into the new experience, LIFT will take effect from 16 July 2018 for a small number of selected voyages. In August, the number of voyages switching to LIFT will gradually increase, before a complete cutover to new systems and interfaces completes.

From 16 July onwards, look out for more information with details on what to expect in August and beyond, including step-by-step guides.

For more details on your LIFT experience, please visit the LIFT dedicated site: www.apl.com/lift.
