APL to apply Low Sulphur Surcharge from February

APL will apply the following Low Sulphur Surcharge (LSS) with effect from 1 February 2020 until further notice, for the service scope stated below. LSS will be applied on top of APL’s ocean freight charges for short-term contracts of validity 3 months or shorter.
