APL updates its West Mediterranean Service

APL announces an adjustment to the West Mediterranean Service (WMS) which will be operated on a larger fleet of vessels (8500 teus).

WMS New Port Rotation
La Spezia – Genoa – Fos Sur Mer – Barcelona – Valencia – New York – Norfolk – Savannah – Miami – Algeciras – La Spezia

The exact transit times are still currently being developed.

The new service is due to commence in December 2018, subject to regulatory approval.
