APM Terminals appoints new head of strategy and transformation

APM Terminals has announced the appointment of Charlotte Guillaummie as head of strategy and transformation. In her new role, she will be based in the Hague, the Netherlands, and will report to Keith Svendsen, APM Terminals CEO.

Charlotte Guillaumie is a French citizen who has lived and worked in France, Switzerland and the Netherlands. She has a master’s degree from Kedge Business School in Marseille, France, specialising in supply chain management and has received professional training in Lean, problem solving, design thinking, product management and many other areas.

Guillaummie has worked at Phillips as a transformation leader, responsible for the global implementation of strategic initiatives, and prior to that position, she worked as global head of Operational Excellence at SITA.

Commenting on the new appointment, Svendsen said, “Delivering on our Safer, Better, Bigger strategy requires significant business transformation and having an experienced leader that can drive strategy formulation, deployment and execution is key.”
