Bolloré Logistics appoints new deputy managing director

Jérôme Petit takes up the position of deputy managing director at Bolloré Logistics, after a thirty-year career with the Bolloré Group.

Along with CEO Thierry Ehrenbogen, his objective is to help Bolloré Logistics grow and extend its global network, according to the company’s statement.

“His knowledge of the company and its network represent a significant asset for both employees and customers. I am fully confident in his ability to meet the challenges ahead and offer our customers ever more efficient and competitive solutions,” stated Ehrenbogen.

Jérôme Petit graduated from Kedge Business School Marseille and earned an MBA in 1997 from INSEAD. In 1990, he joined the Bolloré Group. He began his career in the Middle East and spent over 25 years in Asia.

From 2004 until his return to France in 2016, he was involved in the establishment of many companies and served as CEO of the Asia-Pacific area. When he returned to the company’s headquarters in Puteaux, he was named CEO of Africa at Bolloré Logistics, where he remained until May 2023.

“The planned sale of Bolloré Logistics to the CMA CGM Group must be supported in order to prepare for the future in the best conditions and make a success of this major turning point,” noted Jérôme Petit.
