CEVA Logistics buys Turkish logistics operator

CEVA Logistics has announced the acquisition of Horoz Bolloré Logistics, a joint venture formed in 2000 by Bolloré Logistics and Horoz Logistics.

The newly-acquired logistics firm will subsequently be integrated into CEVA Logistics’ existing operations in Turkey.

“The full integration of Horoz Bolloré Logistics into CEVA Logistics allows us to significantly enhance our service offerings in Turkey, providing a more comprehensive range of international logistics solutions,” said CMA CGM-owned CEVA Logistics in an announcement.

“By combining the expertise and resources of both organizations, we are confident that we will be able to provide even more agile, flexible, and customer-centric logistics solutions,” added the company.
