CM Labs Simulations launches training solution for double-empty container handlers

CM Labs Simulations, a provider of simulation-based training, has unveiled a cutting-edge simulation training solution tailored for double-empty container handlers.

In collaboration with port operator trainers, CM Labs Simulations has introduced the Intellia Double Empty Container Handler Add-On Module. This innovative tool is designed to instruct operators on the efficient utilization of double-empty container handler control functions and techniques for container loading and unloading within authentic port scenarios.

Furthermore, the company emphasizes that this training session addresses a critical concern facing terminal operators: the expedient and secure movement of empty containers.

“This add-on module incorporates realistic machine behaviours that are unlike anything else on the market. It’s the only solution on the market that can tip when the simulated equipment corners too fast, and that truly reacts like the real thing when loads are distributed unevenly,” stated Devon Van de Kletersteeg, CM Labs’ ports Product Manager.

The Double Empty Container Handler Add-On Module boasts equipment-grade controls and is fully compatible with CM Labs’ port equipment training hardware lineup, including Advantage, Master, and MasterCab models.

Prior to utilizing the Double Empty Container Handler Add-On Module, installation of the Empty Container Handler Training Pack is required.
