CMA CGM will apply new prices from North Europe and Mediterranean ports, which will take effect in July.
Following its rate announcements on the 9 July, CMA CGM has more rate changes from Asia to North Africa, Mediterranean and North Europe, effective from 1 August (date of loading in the origin ports) until further communication but not beyond 14 August.
Origin Range: All Asian base ports
Destination Range: All North African base ports (areas mentioned above)
All outports in Asia and North Africa will be subject to additional surcharges
Origin Range: All Asian base ports
Destination Range: All Mediterranean base ports (areas mentioned above)
All outports in Asia and the Mediterranean will be subject to additional surcharges
Origin Range: All Asian ports (including Japan, Southeast Asia and Bangladesh)
Destination Range: All Northern European ports (including the United Kingdom and the full range from Portugal to Finland/Estonia)
Cargo: dry cargo, out of gauge, Paying empties and Reefer cargo
In addition, the French carrier has announced a peak season surcharge of US$300/20′ reefer and US$300/40′ reefer from European (North Europe, Scandinavia, Poland & Baltic) and Mediterranean (West Med, East Med, North Africa, Morocco & Black Sea) ports to Australia and New Zealand ports, effective from 1 August.
