CMA CGM applies overweight fee from India to Europe

CMA CGM has decided to implement a new overweight surcharge (OWS) from the North West Coast of India to Scandinavia, Poland & Baltic, North Europe, Black Sea, East & West Mediterranean and North Africa.

The new additional fee of US$100 per TEU with a container gross weight over 22 tons will be applied only to dry cargo and will be effective from 1 July (loading date).
