CMA CGM to reshuffle service linking Turkey, Malta, Italy, France and Algeria

CMA CGM – Short Sea Lines Division has announced the reshuffling of its TMX 2 service as from the second week of the year.

The TMX 2 service connects ports in Turkey, Malta, Italy, France and Algeria.

This revised weekly service (starting ex Gemlik on 12 January), on top of addressing West Med to Algeria markets, is expected to enable CMA CGM to maintain a sustainable maritime bridge between Western Turkey and Salerno, Italy in four days.

The TMX 2 service will be operated by four 1,700 TEU container vessels and will have the following rotation:

Gemlik (Turkey) – Izmit (Turkey) – Ambarli (Turkey) – Aliaga (Turkey) – Malta – Salerno (Italy) – Genoa (Italy) – Marseille (France) – Skikda (Algeria)
