CMA CGM to reshuffle TMX 3 service

CMA CGM’s Short Sea Lines Division announced the rescheduling of the TMX 3 (Turkey Med Express) service between Turkiye, Italy, Slovenia, and Malta beginning in the 20th week of the year.

This upgraded weekly service (starting from Izmir on 17 May 2023) would enable the implementation of a sustainable maritime bridge between North Turkiye and Ancona for better connectivity to central Italy and the Italian Adriatic coast, according to the French carrier.

The service will be operated by two 1,100 TEU vessels with a weekly frequency and the port rotation will be as follows: Izmir (Turkiye) – Gebze (Turkiye) – Gemlik (Turkiye) – Ancona (Italy) – Trieste (Italy) – Koper (Slovenia) – Malta

The first call at Izmir is expected on 18 May, at 11:30 a.m., while the first call at Ancona is expected on 23 May, at 23:30.
