CMA CGM upgrades Zanzibar Feeder service

France’s container line CMA CGM has announced the enhancement of its Zanzibar Feeder service, which connects Kenya with the island of Zanzibar in Tanzania.

CMA CGM will deploy a second container vessel with immediate effect on the service aiming to provide additional capacity and improved frequency.

The 2011-built Onego Bora will be the new ship on the service, which has the following rotation: Mombasa (Kenya) – Zanzibar (Tanzania) – Mombasa
