COSCO and Yihai Kerry enter cooperation agreement

Chinese transportation giant COSCO SHIPPING Corporation has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with its compatriot food company Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings.

According to COSCO’s statement, the industrial chains of the two partners are closely interconnected, providing a solid foundation and opportunities for collaboration in various areas.

Entering this agreement, they aim to enhance coordination and achieve common growth. They are also expected to engage in extensive collaboration in the food supply chain, container shipping, bulk cargo transportation, whole-process logistics supply chain, digitalisation, and ship repair and construction.

“This long-term strategic partnership aims to continuously improve the core competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of the businesses involved, enhance their overall competitiveness, and achieve mutually beneficial cooperation,” stated COSCO in a statement.
