On a global basis VLSFO remained stable and MGO fell by US$1.17/tonne. Regionally, North Europe saw the largest decline in the blended low sulphur fuel, while North America recorded the biggest gain.
At the same time, the largest regional fall for 380 HFO was US$4/tonne for South America, while Central America and North America remained stable.
