EDRAY, a technology and managed transportation solution provider, announced the appointment of Sean Santiago as Chief Operations Officer (COO) to its executive management team.
In his new role, Santiago will oversee EDRAY’s operations, reinforcing the company’s dedication to addressing the growing challenges of the final import mile. He will also focus on developing new solutions, driving the execution of EDRAY’s strategic objectives, and ensuring profitable growth across the organization.
This includes fostering the expansion of existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and attracting and nurturing top-tier talent.
With nearly two decades of experience in logistics, Sean Santiago is renowned for building innovative, purpose-driven teams and creating solutions that enhance efficiency and support scalable growth. During his tenure at companies such as Coyote Logistics (now RXO), UPS, and TI/NTG, Sean consistently delivered advancements in operational excellence and product development.
Passionate about solving complex problems and collaborating with diverse teams, Santiago prioritizes transparency and the cultivation of long-term relationships. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia Southern University.
