Gulftainer welcomes first Ro-Ro vessel at Jubail Container Terminal

Gulftainer’s KSA subsidiary, Gulf Stevedoring Contracting Company (GSCCO), announced the arrival of the first Roll-on/Roll-off (Ro-Ro) cargo vessel, Grande Dakar, at Jubail Container Terminal.

This operation, which saw the seamless discharge of 287 buses with remarkably swift turnover time, showcases GSCCO’s long-standing expertise and commitment to driving efficiency in cargo handling operations.

The successful handling of Grande Dakar at Jubail Container Terminal underscores GSCCO’s capability to manage complex logistics with precision and speed.

“Our unwavering promise to customers is to deliver top-notch services in port operations and logistics, ensuring that their supply chains are robust and efficient, no matter where they are,” stated Anas Almuhaisen, general manager – Operations, Gulf Stevedoring Contracting Company.

GSCCO’s efforts in streamlining logistics and boosting supply chain efficiency in Saudi Arabia will further solidify the regional trade landscape, aligning with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. This initiative sets new standards in trade facilitation and overall logistics performance.
