Hamburg Liaison Office China welcomes new Chief Representative

The Hamburg Liaison Office China (HHR Shanghai) has new leadership from 1 January 2025, as Lars Anke stepped into the role of Chief Representative.

Having successfully led the office from 2006 to 2019, Anke brings a wealth of experience and dedication to this position. His return is expected to further enhance Hamburg’s strategic presence in Asia, driving fresh initiatives and renewed momentum in the region.

Pan Hua, who has led the Shanghai office with distinction in recent years, has decided to transition from her leadership role. She will continue her contributions as Senior Vice President, remaining involved in fostering Hamburg-Asia relations and supporting strategic projects. Her extensive expertise will continue to be a significant asset to the team.

In addition, Ye Miaomiao, a valued member of the office since 2011, will take on the role of Deputy Chief Representative. With her strong background in marketing, media relations, public relations, and social media, Ye Miaomiao’s expertise and vision will complement the office’s dynamic new leadership team.
