Hamburg Süd, NERA and SERA services

As a reflection of seasonal reduction of market demand in Asia, Hamburg Süd would like to announce following adjustments to its services.

NERA 2 – Service Suspension
The NERA 2 service will be temporarily suspended after performing its last voyage with M/V Sveva 838W (ETD Qingdao 22/09).

The ports offered in this sling will be covered by remain NERA services with revised port rotations:

• NERA 1
  Ningbo – Shanghai – Xiamen – Yantian (new) – Hong Kong – Tanjung Pelepas – Colombo – Felixstowe – Rotterdam – Bremerhaven – Rotterdam – Tangiers – Salalah – Colombo – Ningbo
• NERA 2 – Temporarily suspended
• NERA 3
  Ningbo – Shanghai – Yantian – Tanjung Pelepas – Algeciras – Antwerp – Felixstowe – Algeciras (new) – Port Said – Singapore

  Le Havre call excluded.

• NERA 4
  Qingdao – Ningbo – Shanghai – Yantian – Tanjung Pelepas – Tangiers (new) – Le Havre – Hamburg – Antwerp – Felixstowe – Le Havre – Tangiers – Salalah – Jebel Ali – Yantian

  Port Said and Bremerhaven calls excluded.

• NERA 5 (Unchanged)
  Dalian – Xingang – Busan – Ningbo – Shanghai – Yantian – Tanjung Pelepas – Rotterdam – Bremerhaven – Gothenburg – Aarhus – Bremerhaven – Wilhelmshaven – Singapore – Shanghai – Dalian

The NERA 2 service will be resumed in December 2018 together with expected recovery of market demand.

Blank Sailing Program

Additionally, during the Chinese Golden Week holidays the following blank sailings will take place in NERA and SERA services:

Asia – North Europe

Asia – Mediterranean

Alternative sailing options are available to cover your shipment requirements to Europe and Mediterranean destinations during this period.
