NERA and SERA Services

In May 2018, Hamburg Süd in partnership with 2M consortia launched a revamped version of our services between Asia, Europe and the Mediterranean. Through carefully revised port rotation and additional buffer time for cargo operations, Hamburg Süd is now able to provide our customers with market leading products in terms of speed, schedule reliability and sailing frequency – up to our high standards.

The improved NERA and SERA services, coupled with our solid intermodal network continue to offer the most comprehensive coverage within Europe, East and West Mediterranean, directly and with relay services in North Africa and Middle East.

With unchanged level of care and commitment to our customers and their business, we are confident to serve your every need in these markets and beyond – No matter what.

NERA Service
Asia – North Europe: 5 sailings per week

– Best-in-class product to Germany and Antwerp
– Fast transit time from key China ports to Felixstowe and Rotterdam
– Unique product from Asia to Gothenberg and Aarhus

SERA Service
Asia – Mediterranean: 2 sailings per week

– Express service to Italy and Spain
– Access to East Mediterranean connections via Malta and Beirut
– Direct service from Asia to Beirut
