Hapag-Lloyd has decided to make a rotation update in North America for the East Coast Loop 1 service (EC1).
More specifically, the service will reinstate the port of Charleston starting with the Basle Express V. 44EB which is scheduled to depart Pusan, South Korea on 20 July. With this vessel call, Hapag-Lloyd will begin also to skip the port of Norfolk in Australia.
In view of the above, the updated rotation for this service will be the following:
Kaohsiung (Taiwan) – Yantian (China) – Shanghai (China) – Pusan (Korea) – Manzanillo (Panama) – Savannah (US) – Charleston (US) – Manzanillo / Rodman (Panama) – Kaohsiung (Taiwan)
The company said that it will continue to alternate calls to Manzanillo and Rodman in Panama.
