In addition, the container vessel MV “MONTE PASCOAL” will not offer a departure during March and April causing the following blank sailing in its South America East Coast Service (SEC) due to vessel delay:

Furthermore, Hapag-Lloyd has announced a voyage cessation program on the IG1 to adjust to the unusual low demand. The Hamburg-based company will cease the Northern Dedication voyages 2012 WB and 2016 EB.

For the 2012 WB Karachi call, ETA 3 April 2020, the vessel will do a discharge operation with a limited load operation to Mundra only.

The vessel will recommence sailing under voyage 2016W in Karachi, ETA 1 May.

Hapag-Lloyd says it will introduce additional voyage cessation programs, if the demand situation on the IG1 remains unchanged.
