Hapag-Lloyd has announced the following Ocean Tariff rates for all cargoes in 20’ and 40’ (incl. High Cube Containers) on the westbound trade from East Asia to North Europe and Mediterranean.
Valid for sailings commencing on tariffing date 15 March 2020 onwards and until further notice, Hapag-Lloyd’s Ocean Tariff rates from East Asia (excluding Japan) will be as follows:
Freight All Kinds (FAK) subject to Marine Fuel Recovery (MFR) and IMO2020 Transition Charge (ITC)*.

* Kindly note that in respect of exports from China (CN), Hong Kong (China) (HK) and Macau (China) (MO) only, the ITC will exceptionally not be charged in addition to the MFR; instead the ITC will be the only charge applied during the transition period.
In addition, with effect from 16 March 2020 the German shipping company will increase rates for all cargoes and all container types from East Asia to Mexico, Central America, West Coast of South America, Caribbean and Panama as follows:
