Hapag-Lloyd applies PSS from Italy to Ecuador

Hapag-Lloyd will apply a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for all container types, except reefer containers, on the Europe/Latin America trade from Italy to Ecuador (South America West Coast) on its direct service “MSW”.

Effective for sailings as of November 25, 2018 (M/V CELINA STAR Voyage No. 313 MGW) and valid until further notice, the PSS for Italian origins to Ecuadorian ports will be as follows:

  • EUR 50 per 20‘ Container
  • EUR 100 per 40‘ Container

The Ocean Tariff rates as well as Bunker-related surcharges, Security-related surcharges, Terminal Handling Charges (THCs) remain unchanged respectively as announced and can be found here.

Other local charges and contingency surcharges may apply in addition.
