Hapag-Lloyd sets new prices from Asia to North Europe and Med

Hapag-Lloyd has announced new prices from the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East and Pakistan to North Europe and the Mediterranean, effective from the next month.

[s2If is_user_logged_in()]In particular, the German line will apply the following increased ocean tariff rates for all cargoes for 20’ and 40’ general purpose and high cube containers, effective from 15 February onwards and until 28 February.

The specific rates push up from the Hamburg-based shipping line comes after CMA CGM’s announcements for the increase of charges in these regions.

In addition, Hapag-Lloyd will implement a general rate restoration of US$100/TEU for all cargo from Pakistan to East Africa, effective from 1 February.[/s2If]
