Hapag-Lloyd, Peak Season Surcharges

Hapag-Lloyd will apply Peak Season Surcharges (PSS) for all container types, on the trades from North Europe to South America East Coast and from North Europe to Caribbean and Central America. Effective for sailings as of July 15, 2018 and valid until further notice the PSS will be as follows:

 

PSS for North European origins to South America East Coast ports

  • EUR 150 per 20‘ Container
  • EUR 150 per 40‘ Container

PSS for North European origins to Caribbean and Central America ports

  • EUR 200 per 20‘ Container
  • EUR 200 per 40‘ Container

 

The Ocean Tariff rates as well as Bunker-related surcharges, Security-related surcharges, Terminal Handling Charges (THCs) remain unchanged respectively as announced and can be found here.

Other local charges and contingency surcharges may apply in addition.
