The container operations at the Port of Houston seem to return to normal with the port stating that Bayport and Barbours Cut Container Terminals have opened to truck traffic.
In addition, Port Houston said that access to N4 and Lynx systems is also open to all users, while Application Programming Interface (API) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) are both running normally.

The major port in Texas announced on 27 July a hardware failure, which deactivated the aforementioned two container terminals.
However, Port Houston Executive Director, Roger Guenther has already clarified that the port’s operating system did not face a cyber attack.
