India, Sea Cargo Manifest 2018 (update)

India – Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations 2018

We refer to our earlier India, Sea Cargo Manifest 2018 of August 1, 2018 describing the key changes to timelines and requirements for the Cargo Manifestation of Imports to India and Exports out of India.

Kindly note that the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Custom – CBIT through notification No. 65/2018-Customs (N.T.) has now announced that the date on which this regulation shall come into force has been deferred to November 1, 2018.
