Kaiko Systems launches new advanced Vessel Health Map

Kaiko Systems has launched the Vessel Health Map, a new tool designed to monitor and provide a comprehensive overview of a vessel’s condition.

Utilizing color-coded visualizations and 3D models, the Vessel Health Map simplifies extensive inspection data into clear, actionable insights, offering a complete picture of the vessel’s health.

Kaiko Systems emphasized that all areas of the main shipping deck, enclosed rooms, and onboard equipment are represented in detailed 3D, making complex data more accessible.

Additionally, users can view a multi-layered overview that displays the condition of various parts of the vessel, including the main deck, enclosed compartments, and equipment. This technology identifies areas with frequent issues and visualizes corrosion levels throughout the vessel on-screen.

The program can generate reports for internal use or distribution to external stakeholders, such as ship and cargo owners, which can be customized by filtering vessel components and dates. Also, Kaiko Systems mentioned that the map also displays maintenance tasks and their progress.
