KEZAD Group partners with Sam Force for retail centres development

KEZAD Group, a leading developer of integrated and purpose-built economic zones, has announced two land lease agreements with Sam Force Trading, a well-established developer and operator of real estate assets in Abu Dhabi.
These agreements represent a key milestone in KEZAD’s efforts to enhance its retail infrastructure by establishing dynamic retail community centres.
“Our agreements with Sam Force reflect our strategic vision to partner with experienced developers to fast-track project delivery and enhanced operations for the benefit of our clients. Sam Force, with its proven track record in developing similar projects, will ensure a seamless integration with our zones’ aesthetics and functionality,” stated Fatima Al Hammadi, Chief Commercial Officer of KEZAD Group.

As per the agreements, Sam Force will be responsible for constructing and managing community retail centres in two prime locations within KEZAD.

Furthermore, these centres, located in Khalifa Industrial Area (KEZAD Al Ma’mourah) and ICAD (KEZAD Musaffah), will offer a wide range of commercial and retail services, including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and business centres. This initiative aims to enrich the lifestyle of the KEZAD community and provide essential amenities to residents and businesses alike.

“The leadership of the nation has ensured continuous support for investors in the UAE, and the KEZAD leadership and the supportive team are a testament to this commitment, and the business-friendly environment of Abu Dhabi. We have a 14-year history with KEZAD, and we look forward to many more years to come,” commented Faysal Azzam, general manager, of Sam Force Trading.
