Konecranes supports Jingjin Equipment expansion with 35 new cranes

Konecranes secured an order in August for 35 CXT overhead cranes from Jingjin Equipment Inc., a Chinese filter press manufacturer. These cranes consist of 5-ton and 10-ton CXT single girder cranes, 30-ton CXT double girder cranes, and a 5-ton CXT semi gantry crane.

They will be deployed at Jingjin Equipment’s recently established manufacturing plant in Dezhou, China, where they will support the production and assembly of plunger pumps and filter presses. These products are vital for the processes of sludge dewatering and wastewater treatment.

Moreover, apart from providing the cranes, Konecranes will manage the delivery and installation process to ensure a smooth transition for Jingjin Equipment.

This order strengthens the partnership between Konecranes and Jingjin Equipment, which began in 2016 and has included the delivery and operational deployment of nearly 200 overhead cranes.

“We are delighted that Jingjin Equipment Inc. has once again chosen Konecranes as their trusted partner for their lifting needs. The decision to engage us underscores the confidence Jingjin Equipment has in our products and services to meet the requirements of their new manufacturing facility,” says Charles Zhang, sales manager of ISE APAC at Konecranes.
