Kuehne+Nagel announces new chief human resources officer

Sarah Kreienbühl will become a member of the management board of Kuehne+Nagel and chief human resources officer (CHRO) as of 1 April 2023 succeeding Lothar Harings, who will retire in June 2023.

Harings will end his long career with the group and retire at his own request, aged 63.

From 1 April 2023, Kreienbühl will be responsible for human resource management worldwide, as well as for sustainability, which is a very important area for the company, according to a statement.

“We are very pleased to be able to appoint Sarah Kreienbühl, an outstandingly qualified leader with a winning personality to the Management Board of Kuehne+Nagel. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Lothar Harings for his many years of outstanding commitment and contribution,” noted Dr. Joerg Wolle, chairman of the board of directors of Kuehne+Nagel International AG.

Kreienbühl has many years of management experience at executive level in various industries; since 2018 as a member of the general management at Migros, Switzerland’s largest private employer with approximately 100,000 employees.
