Kuehne+Nagel hires new managing director for its Poland branch

Emilia Górska-Mytyk, a Polish national born in 1980, has been appointed as the new managing director of Kuehne+Nagel Poland, commencing her role in February 2024.

She succeeds Wojciech Sienicki, who has retired. With a wealth of over 20 years of logistics experience, Górska-Mytyk began her journey with Kuehne+Nagel in 2016 as head of Business Development, subsequently advancing to the position of Sales & Marketing Director in 2017.

Furthermore, having demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic prowess, she will now oversee the operations of Kuehne+Nagel Poland, leading a team of 1,700 logistics experts.

Additionally, her extensive background in multinational logistics firms, where she managed diverse teams and spearheaded the establishment of operational structures and sales strategies, positions her well for this pivotal role.

Górska-Mytyk’s track record of achievements within Kuehne+Nagel underscores her capability and readiness for rapid advancement within the organization’s Polish arm.

“Taking over as Managing Director of Kuehne+Nagel in Poland is a huge honourable task and an important responsibility. I look forward to coordinating operations that will allow our company to continue growing in line with our Roadmap 2026 strategy. Its strong cornerstones focus on creating a value-based organisational culture, a work environment that supports the development of our colleagues while ensuring the high quality of services provided to our customers, as well as meeting the goals of a sustainable development strategy,” stated Emilia Górska-Mytyk.
