APL announces the following new rule on rate applicability, effective 1 February 2020.

The rates, rules and charges applicable to any given shipment are effective on vessel sailing date. |

The rates, rules and charges applicable to any given shipment are effective on the date of cargo gate-in and cargo is in possession by APL or its agent. |
