Maersk has announced that effective from May 2020, its Samba service between North Europe and East Coast of South America will call at Rotterdam’s ECT Euromax terminal.
The first vessel/voyage departing ECT Euromax will be the Cap San Maleas v-021S with an estimated time of departure (ETD) 21 May 2020.

At the same time, the Danish carrier has announced changes to its Asia-East Africa network. As of week 21 Maersk will have two weekly services from Asia to East Africa, with one calling Mombasa and one calling Dar Es Salaam.
Kenya – Revised Mashariki Express
The revised Mashariki Express will be dedicated to Kenya and the landlocked countries served via the port of Mombasa, according to Maersk Line.
The new service will also add a direct call at Shanghai, the first will be on 21 May 2020 with estimated time of arrival (ETA) Mombasa on 12 June 2020. The new rotation will be as follows:

Tanzania – New service the Mazuri Express
The new Tanzania service, the Mazuri Express, will be dedicated to Tanzania and landlocked countries served via the port of Dar Es Salaam.
The service will turn at hubs in Singapore and Tanjung Pelepas and offer connectivity to the rest of Asia through the company’s various pre-carrier networks. The first call in Singapore on the new setup will be on 2 June 2020 and ETA Dar Es Salaam 15 June 2020. The rotation will be as follows:
