Maersk Eindhoven sets course for LA

The Maersk Eindhoven set sail for the US on 2 March, following a stack collapse that saw 260 boxes lost on 17 February, which saw the ship divert to Yokohama Port for repairs and to discharge damaged boxes.

[s2If is_user_logged_in()]Maersk announced the vessel’s departure with an estimated arrival date of 13 March at Los Angeles anchorage, with the vessel making the journey as fast as the weather conditions will allow, said the company.

Maersk added, “At the destination port, efforts continue to try and advance her in the Los Angeles anchorage waiting line so she can get to berth quicker. We expect to have more details on her estimated arrival time at the APM Terminals Pier 400 Los Angeles berth once she nears port and we see the actual waiting line.”
