Maersk, Thailand – suspension of discharge / import buffalo meat

With immediate effect, Maersk Line Thailand will implement non-acceptance on the following commodity to all Thailand ports.

In conjunction with measures taken by Thailand Department Of Disease Control do not allow “hoof foot animals” to discharge in Thailand. Thus, Maersk Line Thailand hereby announces the suspension of discharge / import buffalo meat until further notice. The above suspension is effective immediately.

Commodity: Frozen Buffalo Meat (Reefer) / Buffalo Meat (Dry)

Failure to follow above guidelines, Thailand Authorities have the right to reject cargoes with relevant parties to be responsible for any charges incurred.
