More OOCL offices in China reopen

In view of the current situation of the COVID-19 outbreak, OOCL has published the latest update on the status of its China offices. Α few more OOCL offices in China, such as Ningbo, Yiwu, and Shenzhen, have resumed normal operations over the past few days, according to the company.

While the reopening of a few offices in Northern China are still pending for approval by local authorities, OOCL said that all its offices in Southern China have already reopened to serve customers.

“For the offices that have already reopened, there are preventive and contingency measures in place to protect our staff and clients,” said OOCL. “For the offices that have yet to reopen, our IT strength and capability has been providing us with the operational agility we need to successfully continue our work with our customers, such as booking acceptance, contingency planning, and other related services.”
