MSC adds Subic port call in intra-Asia service

The Swiss shipping line Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) will enhance the rotation of Seahorse service in its intra-Asia network with a direct port call to Subic in the Philippines.

Hence, the new Seahorse rotation will be as follows:

Tanjung Pelepas (Malaysia) – Singapore (Singapore) – Kaohsiung (Taiwan) – Manila North Harbour (Philippines) – Subic (Philippines) – Vung Tau (Vietnam) – Tanjung Pelepas

The updated service will take effect on 13 February, with the 2002-built MSC Sotiria III departing from the Port of Tanjung Pelepas.

With this port call addition, the global liner operator expects to improve transit times from Southeast Asia hubs to worldwide destinations.
