MSC implements PSS from Med & Adriatic to American destinations

Due to strong demand on routes from the West Mediterranean and Adriatic to Canada, the United States, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas, MSC will introduce a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS).

Effective from 1 April 2025 until further notice, the surcharge will be set at US$500 for 20-foot containers and US$700 for 40-foot containers, applicable to all container types.
