MSC to open new office in the United States

MSC has unveiled its plans to construct a new office in Tempe, Arizona increasing its network of facilities throughout the United States.

The building of the cutting-edge 777 Tower on the Arizona State University (ASU) campus is scheduled to be finished in the spring of 2024.

The approximately 2,630 m² area on the sixth level of the skyscraper will welcome 170 MSC employees with the majority of them being locals.

The 777 Tower, totalling 14,900 m², includes environmentally friendly initiatives, according to MSC, such as green resource and utility usage as well as responsible waste management.

“Mediterranean Shipping Company’s new office highlights Arizona’s attractiveness as a national logistics hub,” stated Sandra Watson, president and CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority.

MSC has partnered with local organisations, such as Arizona State University, the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, and the Arizona Commerce Authority for their assistance, for the new office.

MSC’s new facility in the United States will be the 11th one in the country after the company’s facilities in Baltimore, Boston, Charleston, Chicago, Costa Mesa, Houston, Miami, New Orleans, and MSC’s US headquarters in New York.
