New boss at Bengal Tiger Line

Singapore-headquartered Bengal Tiger Line (BTL) has announced the appointment of a new chief executive officer (CEO).

Andrew Winter will take the helm of the company, replacing Bill Smart, who will be retiring, according to the latest DynaLiners report.

Andrew Winter has been working for 24 years in various positions at X-Press Feeders, which, like BTL, is also owned by Chris Harnoll’s HICO Investment.
