New leadership takes the helm at K Line

Following a board meeting, Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (K Line) announced changes in its leadership, including the roles of Chairperson of the Board, President & CEO of the company, and other key representatives.

Effective 28 March 2025, Yukikazu Myochin will be the Chairperson of the Board, Takenori Igarashi will be the President and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company and Yutaka Akutagawa will take over the role of the Senior Managing Representative Executive Officer.

These appointments are subject to approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders to be held on 28 March, and the subsequent meeting of the Board of
Directors.
