Singaporean container carrier Ocean Network Express (ONE) will revamp Japan Korea Express 1 & 2 services aiming to expand its direct shipping network between South Korea and Japan.
The company will add a call at the port of Nagoya in Japan to its Japan Korea Express 1 (JK1) service, effective from 28 March.
The updated port rotation of the JK1 service will be Busan (South Korea) – Shimizu (Japan) – Tokyo (Japan) – Nagoya (Japan) – Busan.
Moreover, ONE will add port calls at Moji and Hakata in Japan to the rotation of the Japan Korea Express 2 (JK2) service, while the box carrier will remove the port of Nagoya from the service’s rotation.
The revised port rotation of the JK2 service will be effective from 26 March and will be as follows:
Busan (South Korea) – Moji (Japan) – Kobe (Japan) – Osaka (Japan) – Hakata (Japan) – Busan
