OOCL to launch new intra-Asia service

COSCO-owned carrier, Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) has introduced the new China Indonesia Philippines service (CIP), which is expected to launch in September 2020.

The first sailing will start from Shanghai on 1 September 2020 and will follow the below port rotation:

CIP port rotation: Shanghai – Ningbo – Da Chan Bay – Jakarta – Surabaya – Manila South Harbour – Hong Kong – Shanghai

CIP will enhance the network coverage from China to Indonesia, Indonesia to Philippines, as well as Indonesia and Philippines to China, according to a statement.
